PESHAWAR
Three persons including two women were killed at Fiqarabad area here Friday, police said.
The tragic incident of triple murder occurred within the jurisdiction of Faqirabad Police Station, Qazi Kelay check post where unknown suspects used a sharp-edged weapon.
The deceased have been identified Abdul Rehman, son of Dilawar, aged approximately 30 years, wife of Dilawar, aged approximately 60 years and wife of Abdul Rehman, aged 26 years.
Upon receiving information about the incident, SP Faqirabad Division Muhammad Arshad Khan, DSP Faqirabad Circle Umar Afridi, SHO Faqirabad Police Station Bilal Hussain, and Investigating Officer Kamran Marwat, along with the investigation team, immediately reached the scene and shifted bodoes for post-mortem examination.
The police team examined various aspects of the crime scene and initiated a thorough investigation to uncover the actual facts of the incident and to trace and arrest of the suspects.
