Islamabad: Minister of State for Finance and Railways, Bilal Azhar Kayani, extended heartfelt congratulations to the Government and people of Thailand on their National Day, reaffirming Pakistan’s commitment to strengthening mutual cooperation. Speaking at Thailand’s National Day reception, Minister Kayani expressed satisfaction with the excellent bilateral relations between the two countries, noting that the partnership is “founded on the principles of mutual trust, cooperation, and shared objectives for global peace and development.” He emphasized Pakistan’s resolve to deepen long-term collaboration in trade and investment, education, defence, security, culture, and tourism. The Minister of State highlighted the close cooperation between Pakistan and Thailand at multilateral forums, particularly on vital global issues such as climate change, food insecurity, economic challenges, and regional security.
