May 9 cases
KARACHI
Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Karachi has ordered to arrest and present prosecution witness, police man in five cases related to May 9. rioting and provocative speeches .
PTI leaders Haleem Adil Sheikh, Raja Azhar, Khurram S hah Zaman and others appeared in the ATC.
The court while expressing resentment over absence of prosecution witness in May 9 case, ordered to arrest and present police constable Sajjad.
The court later adjourned hearing of the case till December 24.
According to police 3 cases related to May 9 incident are registered against PTI leaders and workers in police stations including Feeroz Pur, Tipu Sultan and Shah Faisal Colony .
Police said case related to torching police mobile and rioting is registered in police station Mubeena Town and case pertaining to provocative speeches against them is registered in police station Landhi.
