PESHAWAR: CCPO Peshawar Dr. Mian Saeed Ahmed paid a surprise visit to Shahpur Police Station and reviewed the overall night-time security arrangements in detail. During the visit, the CCPO inspected police station records, registered complaints, lock-up conditions, official weapons, staff attendance, and overall cleanliness. He also reviewed the performance of on-duty personnel to ensure compliance with operational standards. SSP Operations Farhan Khan and SP Rural Division Hamid Ehsan Warraich were present on the occasion. Dr. Mian Saeed Ahmed personally contacted complainants whose cases were registered at the police station to inquire about their issues and assess the quality of police response. The CCPO appreciated the performance of the Muharrar staff and police personnel for maintaining proper records, improving arrangements, and performing their duties diligently. Cash rewards were announced for personnel demonstrating exemplary service. Emphasizing public service as the police’s foremost responsibility, the CCPO directed the Muharrar staff to address public complaints promptly and on a priority basis.
