Graduation ceremony of 45th MCMC held at NIPA Peshawar

The Graduation Ceremony of the 45th Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC) was held at the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA), Peshawar. The ceremony was addressed by the Director General, NIPA/PARD/PPSA Peshawar Captain (Retd.) Usman Gul, as the Chief Guest. In his address, the Director General laid special emphasis on attitudinal change among public sector officers, terming it essential for improved service delivery, good governance, and responsiveness to public needs.
He noted that professional competence, integrity, and a people-centric approach must guide officers in discharging their official responsibilities.
The Director General congratulated the graduating officers on the successful completion of the course and expressed confidence that the training would enable them to contribute more effectively to policy formulation, implementation, and institutional performance in their respective organizations.
He also appreciated the services of Shabid Ullah Wazir, who served NIPA Peshawar both as a Faculty Member and later as Chief Instructor, MCMC, and played a pivotal role in academic and training activities during his seven-year tenure at the Institute.
The Director General termed his nomination as Press Counsellor at the Pakistan Mission in Moscow an honor for NIPA Peshawar and extended best wishes for his future assignment.
At the conclusion of his remarks, the Director General expressed gratitude to the Rector, National School of Public Policy (NSPP) for his continued support and guidance.
He also acknowledged the dedicated efforts of the administration and support staff of NIPA Peshawar for the successful conduct of the course.
A total of 35 officers from Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS), Provincial Management Service, KP (PMS), Police Service of Pakistan (PPS), Foreign Service of Pakistan (FSP), Office Management Group (OMG), National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Ministry of Defence, and Gilgit-Baltistan participated in the training, including 8 female officers.
