Rawalpindi: Ajay Pal Singh Banga, President of the World Bank, visited the historic Taxila Museum to review its collections and security arrangements. During the visit, Rawalpindi City Police Officer (CPO) Syed Khalid Mehmood Hamdani, Commissioner Rawalpindi Division Engineer Amir Khattak, SSP Operations, SP Potohar, and other police officials were present. The World Bank President inspected the historical artifacts and national heritage items in detail and appreciated the museum’s arrangements. CPO Syed Khalid Mehmood Hamdani emphasized that security of historical sites and visitor facilities is being ensured at all times. He added, “Protecting our national heritage is a shared responsibility, which we are committed to safeguarding in every possible way.” ONLINE
