Medical report in respect of PTI founder has been presented in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi. The petition seeking medical check up of PTI founder came up for hearing in ATC Friday.
Judge Amjad Ali Shah of ATC Rawalpindi heard the petition. Deputy superintendent Adiala jail Jamat Ali Shah appeared in the court. Medical report of PTI founder was filed in the court. It has been said in the report medical check up of PTI founder has been got conducted as per jail manual All medical facilities are being provided to PTI founder and Bushra Bibi as per jail rules.
Two days before the court had sent contempt of court notice to jail superintendent for not presenting report.
The court had sought report from Adiala jail authorities in respect of PTI founder on Friday.
Legal team of PTI founder has filed petition for providing access to personal physicians of PTI founder to Adiala jail.
The hearing of petition seeking medical check up of PTI founder has been adjourned till tomorrow while hearing of bail plea in other seven cases has been adjourned till February 12.
