ISLAMABAD
Islamabad High Court (IHC) has fixed for hearing matter of placement of M-Tag on motorcycles on April 6. Chief Justice (CJ) of IHC Sarfraz Dogar will hear the case.
The court has issued written order of previous day hearing of M-Tag matter wherein court has directed harassing the people, threatening or unnecessary embarrassing the people by police should be avoided.
It has been said in the written order it is expected any harassment, coercion or undue embarrassing by police will not be made.
During the hearing of the case the counsel for the petitioner expressed his reservation over harassing the people by police.
The state counsel sought time for obtaining directives from concerned authorities and assisting the court.
