Pakistan on Thursday concluded a commendable campaign at the ITF Asia 12 and Under Team Competition-South Asia 2026, finishing as runners-up after a hard-fought final against arch-rivals India.
Despite a determined effort, Pakistan fell short in the final, however, the team’s outstanding performance throughout the event ensured qualification for the next round of the competition, said a press release.
The Pakistani players displayed exceptional skill, resilience, and team spirit during the tournament, securing crucial victories en route to the final. Their consistent performance highlights the growing strength of junior tennis in the country.
The President Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF), Secretary General PTF, and the entire management appreciated the team’s efforts and congratulated them on qualifying for the next stage.
