Peshawar High Court (PHC) has ordered police to register FIR in respect of missing computer science lecturer from Kohat Degree College forthwith.
As per media report, the petition for recovery of missing computer science lecturer from Kohat Degree College came up for hearing before Chief Justice (CJ) PHC S.M Attique Shah.
Counsel for the petitioner told the court Police have not registered FIR regarding disappearance of the lecturer so far. The CCTV footages of college have allegedly been removed.
The CJ PHC remarked what is happening in the province. People are going missing from educational institutions.
The court said lecturer was allegedly lifted. Happening this in educational environment is not appropriate in any way.
The CJ PHC ordered police to register FIR forthwith and directed delay in the case will not be tolerated.
The court sought report from RPO Kohat, Additional Advocate General and Attorney General office too.
