ISLAMABAD: Director General Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) held a high-level meeting with a delegation from the UK Home Office at FIA Headquarters to enhance cooperation against transnational organized crime. An official told APP on Saturday that the delegation included Ms. Gemma Wilson (First Secretary – Justice and Home Affairs), Ms. Shannon Duckworth (International Operations Liaison), and Mr. Oliver Patten (Second Secretary – Security and Justice). He said both sides discussed matters of mutual interest with a focus on strengthening collaboration in investigating organized crime and addressing emerging transnational threats. The official said the DG FIA highlighted the agency’s strategic priorities, including intelligence-led operations, disruption of criminal networks and strengthening institutional response mechanisms.
