PSCA introduces Gen Z safety app

ISLAMABAD: In charge Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) Yusra Sohail, on Sunday, stressed awareness, saying that the newly launched PSCA Next Gen Safety App enables Gen Z users to lodge complaints with full privacy and ensures swift response to cases of harassment, social media blackmailing, and mental health support needs. Speaking to a private media channel, she said under the vision of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) has launched a secure safety app for Gen Z users aged between 20 and 25, which has so far received around 2,000 chat-based complaints and nearly 800 video call reports since its inauguration two months ago. She said the platform is actively being used by young people, especially university students, to report issues related to harassment and cyber abuse. DNA
