ISLAMABAD: Higher Education Commission (HEC) has decided to introduce double and joint degree system. Under this system a student will be able to take admission in two different programs at a time in the university. Earlier admission was possible in one degree program at one time. It is not essential there should be one department for admission in two programs. Completing the education for half period in one university and half in other university for joint degree will be possible. MOU between both the universities with the approval of HEC is must for joint degree purpose. Joint degree program will be possible outside and inside Pakistan.
