ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) has adjourned hearing of Noor Mukadam murder case till first week of June. A 3-member of SC presided over by justice Hashim Kakar took up the case for hearing on Wednesday. During the hearing of the case the court remarked this case has yet to run longer , therefore, it will be heard after Eid. The court directed court staff not to fix some other criminal case on the day the murder case of Noor Mukadam is fixed for hearing so that the hearing could continue uninterrupted. Justice Hashim Kakar remarked during the hearing that case will be fixed in the first week of June. Only this case be heard on that day. Khawaja Haris the counsel for the accused appeared in the court. The court while adjourning the hearing of the case issued directive to fix the date for hearing in the first week of June. Online
