ISLAMABAD: Guest House petitioner has moved Islamabad High Court (IHC) against initiation of action by CDA despite court’s orders for not taking any action. The petitioner Majid Amin has filed contempt of court petition. Zulfiqar Ahmad Bhutta counsel for petitioner Majid Amin Khan appeared in the court Justice Muhammad Asif of IHC while issuing notice to chairman CDA and others in connection with contempt of court plea has sought reply from Chairman CDA and DG Enforcement. The counsel for the petitioner took the plea in the court the petition of 13 petitioners of Guest Houses is pending hearing in the court. The court has stopped CDA from taking any punitive action against guest houses. Despite court’s order CDA has issued show cause notice to Guest houses petitioner. The court was requested to initiate proceedings against chairman CDA and others on non compliance of court’s orders.
