LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has approved protective bail for one week in respect of Noreen Niazi sister of PTI founder Imran Khan in the case registered by NCCIA. The court also ordered she should not be arrested. The protective bail plea of Noreen Niazi came up for hearing before Justice Sardar Akbar Dogar of LHC . The counsel for the petitioner took the plea NCCIA has registered case under PECA act. It is feared she will be arrested before obtaining interim bail from the respective court. The court requested that protective bail be granted for approaching the respective court. After hearing the arguments, the court granted protective bail for one week to Noreen Niazi directing her to resort to the respective court within prescribed period. ONLINE
