Kohat: Commissioner Kohat Division Syed Motasim Billah Shah said on Thursday there would be “no compromise” on the transparent, fair and peaceful conduct of the MDCAT 2026 examination, as authorities reviewed preparations ahead of the Aug. 16 test. Chairing a high-level meeting, the Commissioner directed all relevant departments to complete security, traffic management, uninterrupted power supply, emergency medical services and rescue arrangements well before the examination. He also stressed close coordination among civil administration, police and other agencies to ensure smooth conduct of the test. The meeting was attended by the Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Nawaz Wazir, District Police Officer Rai Mazhar Iqbal, officials from Kohat Medical College, Kohat Teaching Hospitals, Rescue 1122, PESCO, the FIA and intelligence agencies.
