ABBOTTABAD: At least three persons of the same family died and six others injured on Monday when a passenger jeep plunged into deep ravine at Khan Koklian village of circle Bakot Abbottabad. Police said, a family of circle Bakot was going to attend an engagement ceremony when their Jeep fell into a deep ravine resulting in death to three persons including wife and mother of Naseer Abbassi, and daughter of Abdul Shakoor at the spot. Locals and police retrieved the dead and injured from the ravine and shifted them to district headquarters hospital Abbottabad. The injured with minor injuries were discharged from the hospital while the critical injured were sent to Intensive Care Unit (ICU). In another road accident an over speeding Toyota Hiace on way to Islamabad from Jabri fell into a deep gorge at Jabri Nullah where 15 passengers have been reportedly injured. Police and locals rescued the injured and shifted them to district headquarters hospital Haripur. APP
