An Accountability Court in Islamabad has adjourned the hearing of Al Azizia Steel Mills and Flagship Investment References against former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif without any proceeding.
Counsel to the accused argued in the court that a petition to transfer the said case to another court is pending in Lahore High Court hence the hearing should be deferred till the decision of LHC.
Upon which AC Judge Bashir Ahmed Adjourned the case till August 07.
