AC Secretariat visited dairy, chicken, meat, milk shops, general stores, cash & carry and fruit/vegetable shops for quality,general cleanliness, expired items and adherence to notified prices & display of DC Rate List of essential commodities.
03 shopkeepers have been arrested for overcharging.
Others found in violation were fined and warned as per law.
Around 7-10 KGs of polythene bags have also been confiscated.
