ISLAMABAD : Accountability Court (AC) has sought arguments over the applications filed in Reshman and Gulf Power Rental References against former Prime Minister (PM) Raja Pervez Ashraf and others.
The AC led by Judge Asghar Ali took up the case for hearing Thursday.
The court directed the counsels of Raja Pervez Ashraf and other accused to give arguments on NAB reply during next hearing of the case.
The hearing of the case was adjourned till September 29.
NAB while opposing the acquittal pleas of Raja Pervez Ashraf and others has already requested the court to dismiss their petitions seeking acquittal in these references.
