LAHORE : Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Usman Buzdar has said the real faces of opposition leaders have become exposed before the nation and Accountability is our national mission and we will not backtrack from it at any cost.
“Opposition leaders’ faces have been exposed before the nation. Accountability is our national mission and we will not withdraw from it at any cost”, he said this during his meeting with members of Punjab Assembly (PA) here Friday.
Those who called on CM Punjab are Khial Ahmad Kastro, Umar Farooq, Shahbaz Ahmad and others.
Buzdar said those engaged in politics of agitation want to divert the attention from their corruption and loot and plunder spree. Preferring personal interest to national interest is lamentable.
He held those who are pursuing negative politics ignored the basic necessities of the people. Nation knows it well for what purpose opposition has assembled.
He underlined that PTI is committed to weed out corruption. Accountability is our national mission and we will not back track from it at any cost. The recommendations of public representatives have been given importance in the process of development.
He regretted opposition is out to impede the journey to development.
