Accusing Zardari of hatching conspiracy to assassinate Imran case: Sheikh Rashid could not be indicted

Sheikh Rashid could not be indicted once again in the case pertaining to his statement on accusing Zardari of hatching conspiracy to assassinate Imran Saturday. The counsel for Sheikh Rashid requested the court to adjourn the hearing of this case till third week.
Sheikh Rashid appeared in the court of Civil magistrate Abbas Shah on Saturday along with his counsel Naeem Panjutha.
Naeem Panjutha told the court petitions are filed in Islamabad High Court (IHC) for dismissal of cases. He requested the court to adjourn the hearing of the case till the decision of the cases by IHC.
Judicial magistrate inquired what matter is running in IHC.
Naeem Panjutha, counsel for Sheikh Rashid said no government officer has filed complaint. A common worker of PPP has filed complaint against Sheikh Rashid.
The counsel for Sheikh Rashid said cases are registered against Sheikh Rashid in Mochko, Karachi, Islamabad and Murree. It is requested to court the hearing of the case against Sheikh Rashid be adjourned till third week.
Judicial magistrate Abbas Shah directed to provide copies of application filed in IHC.
The court announced interval till the arrival of copies of applications from IHC.
After interval the counsel for Sheikh Rashid submitted the copy of petition filed in IHC in connection with dismissal of the case.
The judicial magistrate adjourned the hearing of the case till June 03 being the matter pending hearing in IHC.
The case against Sheikh Rashid is registered in Aabpara police station.
