On the direction of Deputy Commissioner South Waziristan, Additional Assistant Commissioner Wana Dr. Sadiq Ali visited DHQ Hospital Wana and various BHUs.
On the occasion, Additional AC Wana Dr. Sadiq Ali along with MS Dr Zainul Abidin District Headquarter Hospital Wana inspected the Emergency Ward, Operation Theater, Vaccination and Nutrition Centers as well as OPD while also conducting Polio Monitoring in detail.
Additional AC Wana issued necessary instructions to MS DHQ Hospital Wana Dr. Zainul Abidin Wazir regarding cleanliness, attendance of doctors and staff, presence of 24/7 doctors in emergency, functional laboratory, provision of medicines and also provision of better facilities to patients.
Mean while, polio monitoring, duty roster, staff attendance, stock registered and facilities with the public were discussed.
In addition, the security in-charge was directed to provide better security services at the hospital, otherwise strict action would be taken against those violating the hospital’s standards and protocols.
After a detailed visit to DHQ Wana Hospital, he said that the officers of the district administration under the supervision of DC South Waziristan are trying their best to provide all possible facilities to the people.
