MUZAFFARABAD
AJK government has filed reference in AJK Supreme Court (SC) regarding refugees seats.
The hearing of the reference will be held tomorrow at 9 a.m. SC full bench will hear the reference.
AJK SC bench presided over by Justice Raja Saeed Akram Khan will hear the case.
Justice Raza Ali Khan and Justice Khalid Yusuf Chaudhry are included in the bench.
As per media reports guidance has been sought through the reference with reference to refugees seats. Reference has been filed under article 46-A of the constitution.
Notices have been issued to the respondents in connection with hearing of the case.
