PTI November 26 protest

Aleema Khan, sister of PTI founder and prime accused in case registered in police station Sadiq Abad in connection with PTI November 26 protest has filed reply to court’s written questionnaire in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi. The court had given questionnaire containing 37 questions to Aleema Khanum under section 342 of criminal procedure . Aleema Khan has filed written reply to questionnaire in the court through her counsel. This way replies by all 10 accused including Aleema Khan have been filed in the court.
Aleema Khan in her statement under section 342 has requested to present one witness Fateh Ullah Burki in the court.
The court while accepting plea of Aleema Khan has adjourned hearing of the case till July 7.
Aleema Khan will present witness Fateh Ullah Burki in her defence on next hearing.
