Mr Khan was arrested by ACE in alleged corruption case

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) senior leader Ali Muhammad Khan was re-arrested by the anti-corruption establishment (ACE) on Tuesday soon after his release from prison.
Mr Khan was arrested for the sixth time for allegedly committing corruption in different developmental schemes.
PTI MNA Ali Mohammad Khan was granted a post-arrest interim bail in a case related to hiring in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa fisheries department.
Soon after his release, officials of the anti-corruption establishment (ACE) took him into custody in another case related to alleged embezzlement of funds in various contracts.
It is pertinent to mention here that Peshawar High Court (PHC) has also issued the release order of PTI MNA in May 9 violence and protest cases.
PTI leader Ali Mohammad Khan, who was re-arrested by Mardan Police, was presented before the court of ATC Judge Syed Ubaidullah Shah.
Nadeem Shah Advocate appeared before the court to represent the PTI leader. The court after hearing arguments in the case discharged Khan from the case and ordered to release him, if he is not wanted in any other case.
Former state minister Ali Muhammad Khan was first arrested from Rawalpindi, then from Islamabad and last arrest was from Peshawar and was shifted to Mardan.
