ISLAMABAD
District and Session court Islamabad ordered police to present Ali Wazir in court today (Monday). Bahra Kahu police presented Ali Wazir in court in case filed against him in Bahara Kahu police station Sunday. Duty Magistrate Shehzad Khan heard the case. Investigation officer pleaded for physical remand which has been accepted and court handed over Ali Wazir to police on one day physical remand and ordered police to present him in concerned court on Monday. Ali Wazir will be presented in ATC of Judge Abual Hasnat Zul-qarnain on Monday.
