All parties should hold talks for supremacy of civilians, freedom of media: Senator Mushtaq

JI senator Mushtaq Ahmad Khan while addressing Senate has said unfortunately the oath taken in the house is not upheld. He urged all the political parties should hold talks with each other for the supremacy of civilians and freedom of media.
He said this in his farewell address here Thursday.
I have always sit on my seat with wudu and I consider politics mission rather than trade.
He held unfortunately legislation is not enacted in this house as per constitution and on the other hand legislation is made at behest of IMF.
I regret I could not eliminate usury. Like wise I could not stop extension in army chief service tenure. I could not change transgender act despite efforts.
Freedom of media is must for integrity of country, he remarked.
