Arrest warrants of former Mayor Karachi, Wasim Akhtar have been issued in the case pertaining to treatment of terrorists in a private hospital at Karachi.
The case came up for hearing in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) here Saturday.
Police investigation officer told during the hearing of the case that the case against the accused was registered in police station Nazim Abad in 2015.
Counsel for Wasim Akhtar filed exemption from attendance plea in the court in respect of former mayor Karachi.
The court rejected exemption plea of former mayor Karachi Wasim Akhtar.
The court remarked now arrest warrants have been issued.
