Judicial Complex attack case
ISLAMABAD
Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has extended interim bail of PTI leader Atif Khan till April 18 in Judicial complex attack case.
The bail before arrest plea came up for hearing before ATC led by judge Raja Jawad Abbas Tuesday.
The investigation officer told the court Atif Khan has not joined the investigation so far.
The court remarked he should join the investigation till 11 a.m on Tuesday otherwise his bail plea will be dismissed.
The court announced interval during the course of hearing of the case.
On resumption of hearing the court was told that PTI leader Atif Khan has joined the investigation.
Upon it the court extended interim bail of Atif Khan till April 18.
