Faizabad protest
ISLAMABAD
Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad while maintaining status of proclaimed offender of Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur has ordered Islamabad police to arrest him on matter of staging protest in Faizabad against disqualification of PTI founder.
The court has issued arrest warrants of absent PTI workers.
The court has said in its orders Islamabad police should implement arrest warrants. If there is any order of Peshawar High Court then high court order should be implemented.
Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra took up the cases for hearing Thursday.
PTI leader Faisal Javed Khan and others appeared in the court.
The court adjourned the hearing on the request of the lawyers.
The next hearing of the case will take place on August 6.
Case is registered against Ali Amin Gandapur and others in police station industrial area.
