Group Capt Asim Tariq murder case
ISLAMABAD: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) while ordering to send Saad Abbasi the prime accused in group capt Shaheed Asim Tariq murder case to jail for 14 days for identification parade has ordered to present the accused again in the court on July 20. Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain heard the case. Prosecutor Raja Navid and investigation officer appeared in the court. The police presented accused Saad Abbasi in the court under stringent security. The court while ordering to shift the accused to jail for identification parade directed to present report before it on completion of identification parade. The court also ordered to present the accused again on July 20 . The investigation officer said the accused has to be sent for identification parade. Prosecutor Rana Navid said there are two eye witnesses too in the case. Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain inquired from the accused why he has done this. Saad Abbasi replied I was with the girl and this man was disturbing us. Judge remarked he disturbed you what good deed you were doing that he disturbed you. The murder case of Group Capt Shaheed Asim Tariq has been registered on report of commandant air headquarters in police station Margalla under murder and terrorism clauses. Online
