Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has approved interim bail of PTI leader Umar Ayub till April 20 in 5 cases of siege and arson related to May 9 incident.
The court has restrained authorities from arresting Umar Ayub till April 20.
Umar Ayub filed interim bail plea in the court to avoid arrest in five siege and arson cases in connection with May 9 incident.
Judge Arshid Javed of ATC took up the petition for hearing Monday.
The court approved interim bail of Umar Ayub till April 20 in five cases.
The court directed PTI leader Umar Ayub to file surety bond valuing Rs 50000.
It is pertinent to mention here that ATC Islamabad had earlier extended interim bail of Umar Ayub till April 16 in May 9, siege and vandalism case.
