PML-N leader Atta Tarar has been acquitted in police station Ali Pur Chatha attack case honorably.
Atta Tarar has been acquitted in attack on police station Ali Pur Chatha case during AJK Legislative Assembly (LA).
Ata Tarar said case against him was registered at the behest of Sheikh Rashid and Fawad Chaudhry. “Those who kept me in jail for 3 years are themselves behind the bars today. I faced the case since 2021. Acquittal from case honorably is beginning of election campaign.
Atta Tarar said attack on police station case was a conspiracy to stifle his voice.
He went on to say talking about election alliance with other parties is premature. The decision has to be taken by leadership. Matters have been settled with MQM. PML-N leadership is going to Balochistan for consultation. Some big faces will join PML-N therein. The situation will improve further.
He stated election situation will become clear after November 30. Election is seen to be taking place on February 08. The case was decided by court of Civil Judge Muhammad Asif.
