Special Judge Central Islamabad Raja Asif Mehmood has accepted bail plea of PTI leader Senator Azam Swati. Azam Swati will not be allowed to go abroad unless challan is completed. Special Judge Central Raja Asif Mehmood a day before had reserved judgment on the bail after arrest petition of Senator Azam Swati. According to decision issued on Friday bail after arrest plea of Azam Swati has been accepted against surety bonds of Rs 10000. The court has ordered Azam Swati to surrender his passport.
A case was got registered by FIA under cyber act against Azam Swati and he was arrested from a farm house in Chak Shahzad.
