Bitcoin inches up to $43,230 in mixed trade

ISLAMABAD: The cryptocurrency market extended the two-day winning streak on Sunday, with market capitalisation gaining 1.1 percent to reach $2.21 trillion. As of 1510 hours GMT, the largest cryptocurrency Bitcoin’s price inched up by 0.14 percent to reach $43,230. With this increase in price, the market capitalisation of the biggest crypto has reached $818.4 billion. Bitcoin had been maintaining a winning streak for five days after falling to below $40,000 for the first time since late September. Ether, the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalisation, also went up slightly by 0.28 percent to reach $3,347. With this increase in price, the market capitalisation of ETH has reached $393.8 billion. Ether tested $3,000 during the first half of the week but managed to make gains lately. On the other hand, XRP price went 0.53 percent down to reach $0.778. The market capitalisation of XRP stands at $77.8 billion with this decrease. However, Cardano (ADA) price jumped by 10.10 percent to hit $1.41. Its market capitalisation has reached $46.4 billion with this increase.
On the other hand, Dogecoin (DOGE) price took a dip of 5.91 percent to reach $0.178. With this decrease in price, the market capitalisation of DOGE has reached $23.6 billion. TLTP
