ISLAMABAD
British Chief of General Staff General Sir Patrick Sanders has arrived in Islamabad on a three-day visit. It has been said in a statement issued by British high commission General Sir Patrick Sanders will meet army chief of Pakistan General Asim Munir.
He will watch match between polio teams of Pakistan and UK in Lahore.
The British high commission said this visit is manifestation of the commitment to maintain defence relations between Pakistan and UK. Several defence exchanges have taken place between Pakistan and UK during 12 months. joint naval training and high-level military visits were exchanged between the two countries.
