Leading legal expert Suleman Akram Raja has said calling himself Chief Minister (CM) by some one else after taking oath by Hamza Shahbaz as CM in Punjab will be unconstitutional.
He went on to say that governor had no powers that he should say election had not taken place. Governor is not court that he should see the matters of election and rectify it.
Governor had no resignation with him to reject it, he added.
Buzdar called cabinet meeting for the only purpose of showing himself as elected CM, he remarked.
He held that Buzdar is creating constitutional crisis. If constitutional crisis is created then the matter will go to the court, he added.
The court can work during Eid holidays and the matter can be heard, he remarked.
