United Nations session
ISLAMABAD
Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar will visit the United States next month where he will attend the annual United Nations session in New York.
As preparations for the visit have been set into motion, PM Kakar will also hold talks with US officials in New York.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been instructed to chalk out a programme for the caretaker prime minister’s US visit. As per diplomatic sources, there is a strong possibility that caretaker Foreign Minister Jalil Jillani will also travel with the prime minister.
During his visit, PM Kakar will also meet members of the Pakistani community.
PM Kakar will represent Pakistan in the 76th session of the UN General Assembly to be held in September. DNA
