PESHAWAR: Capital City Police Officer (CCPO), Qasim Ali Khan, visited and conducted a thorough inspection of the Regi Model Town police station and the university campus following last night’s attack.
According to a statement issued here, CCPO Peshawar inspected modern government weapons and security arrangements.
He conducted a detailed review of internal, external, and peripheral security measures and directed police officers to reassess and enhance security protocols.
CCPO Khan was accompanied by SSP Operations Kashif Zulfiqar, SP Warsak Division Mukhtiar Ali and other police officers.
CCPO Qasim Ali Khan commended the police personnel for their bravery during the attack and emphasized the safety and security of citizens is our top priority. “We will not compromise on peace and security arrangements in the city,” he said.
