Chairman PTI has once again regretted to appear before NAB and has filed written reply. He has taken plea in his written reply he has to appear in the courts of Islamabad on July 19 and then he can appear before NAB. “ I travel less from Lahore to Islamabad due to security reasons, he added. In his written reply he further said only he only can receive inquiry report under section 18-C of NAB laws. “ when my reply is received by NAB then inquiry report be given to my counsel Barrister Gohar Khan.
When Supreme court ordered to release me in Al-Qadir Trust case then I had forgotten to bring inquiry report. The inquiry report then too was received by barrister Gauhar Khan from your his officer. Barrister Gohar Khan will receive inquiry report in Toshakhana case on my behalf, he added.
