ISLAMABAD
Chairman PTI has resorted to Supreme Court (SC) against Chief Justice IHC. The petition has been filed by chairman PTI under article 168-A of the constitution through advocate Latif Khosa. Chairman PTI through his petition has requested SC to stop IHC from hearing all cases. Chairman PTI has prayed his all cases be shifted to PHC. The hearing of the cases be stopped till court’s decision. It is pertinent to mention registrar office SC while returning the petition of chairman PTI with objections against his further possible arrests.
