Changing Usman Buzdar as CM Punjab or otherwise is prerogative of PM: Governor Punjab

Governor Punjab Ghulam Sarwar Khan has said Changing Chief Minister (CM) Punjab or otherwise is prerogative of Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan.

As long as coalition partners of government, PTI members of Punjab Assembly are with Usman Buzdar only he will remain CM Punjab”, he said this while talking to media men here Wednesday.

To a question on filing of no confidence motion by opposition against the PM Imran Khan he said the movers of the no confidence motion need 172 members of assembly to seek vote of no confidence against the PM . If opposition succeeds in bringing 172 members of assembly then no confidence MOTION will succeed against PM.

He held whatever decision is made by parliament it will be acceptable to the people and government of Pakistan.

Responding to a question about Abdul Aleem Khan differences with Usman Buzdar he said such rows are harmful for party.

There should be no horse trading in no trust motion, he underscored.

He observed Abdul Aleem Khan and Jahangir Tareen are the part of party. Any political party is a family. Keeping the people united is the job of leadership, he added.
