On the invitation of ex-President Fata Olympic Association with support of Khyber sports club a fundraising football match between Pakistan green and Pakistan white will be played at the ground of government high school,Landi Kotal on Sunday, September 11,2022.
Addressing to a press conference here at local press club on Thursday, former chief of Fata Olympic Association Shahid Khan Shinwari flanked by President Khyber Sports Club Mirajuddin, international footballer Atiq Shinwari and others said that the purpose of organizing sports activity was to collect donations for the flood affectee in addition with to attract the attention of concerned authorities to work for the development of sports in the area.
International players from across the country will participate in the football game, he added and urged the locals to assist them in the noble cause and donate more for the flood affected persons.
He called upon the spectators to ensure their presence in large numbers and follow discipline rules in the ground to earn a good image for the locality. The organizers asked the security agencies to support them by providing safety inside and outside the football ground to the international players.
