Islamabad(PR):Provide better facilities to the consumers at their door steps,Chief Engineer Mohsin Raza directed Pesco field staff during his visit of Abbotabad Circle & Mansehra Circle.
Chief Engineer Mohsin Raza directed to implement 100% photo meter reading so that the grievances of the customers is redressed,which also save precious time of Pesco Officers and public in correction of wrong bills.CE said that Customers are our valued assets and to facilitate them is our basic responsibility.
Chief Operation Officer directed SEs and Xens to personally visit Complaint Offices and all necessary equipments may be provided immediately, all laps must be remove. Chief Operation Officer warned if any negligence is found in redressal of public complaints strict action will be taken against the responsible officer or staff. He directed to fully activate Customer Services Centers.
Drive against illegal use of electricity and direct hooks was discussed and important decisions were taken in this regard and COO directed SEs to expedite the campaign against power pilferage .
CE Pesco ordered, no one should be spared if one is involved in power theft,as due to power pilferage Pesco’s distribution system is over loaded on one side and on the other side Pesco’s Line Losses increase.
Similarly Revenue collection from defaulters was also discussed and important directions were given to expedite the recovery.
It was decided to immediately disconnect power supply to defaulters and not to restore power supply until the dues are paid.
