PESHAWAR: The University of Chitral is also facing financial problems and tendered apologies for paying the July salary to the employees here on Saturday. According to details shared by the official of the University, who wished not to be named, said that the government has not released 200 million rupees of the approved grant. He said, despite approval from the Chief Minister Mahmood Khan and the Cabinet, the Finance Department has not released the funds in time and that is why the management of the University is not in a position to release the July salary to its employees.
