LAHORE : Punjab information minister Fayyaz ul Hassan Chohan has demanded of opposition leader in National Assembly (NA) Shahbaz Sharif to resign on his motorway incident statement.
In a statement Chohan said Wednesday Shahbaz Sharif should represent the nation through positive thinking in Motorway rape case.
He held Shahbaz Sharif has disappointed the nation due to his falsehood, lack of wisdom and unfounded statement. Shahbaz should die of shame for taking false credit of Lahore-Sialkot motorway. This segment of Motorway was initiated during tenure of Chaudhry Pervez Elahi as chief minister. Forensic Science laboratory was also founded during Pervez Elahi tenure.
He underlined Shahbaz Sharif is now standing at the position of CCPO Lahore in the wake of his statement. Shahbaz has hurt sentiments of the affected family and the entire nation through his ridiculous statement.
“It is my demand Shahbaz should tender resignation forthwith”, Chohan demanded.
