ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan Wednesday adjourned the hearing of Gun and Country Club case without any proceedings. A three-member bench, headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Umar Ata Bandial, heard the case. Addressing the lawyers, Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Umar Ata Bandial said he would like to say to them, “Good to see you. This was an interesting case. But now a new bench will hear it.” He went on to say that it was not necessary that all wishes of a person were fulfilled. “I hope that the next bench will enjoy hearing the case,” the CJP remarked.
