After the completion of the general elections, the process of government formation has started with the doors of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly will be opened before the new government comes.
After one year, the cleaning process of the Provincial Assembly has continued to welcome newly elected candidates of various political parties. It should be noted that the last session of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly was held on January 17, 2023 under the presidency of former Chief Minister Mahmood Khan.
After which the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly was to be dissolved on January 18 at 9:15 AM under Article 112 of the Constitution. According to the constitution, a meeting of the provincial assembly must be convened within 21 days after the completion of the election process. The governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will issue a proclamation to convene a meeting in a few days as per the constitution.
